Susan Sambrano


Susan Sambrano, President of Elegant Venues, LLC, has worked in Boston’s prestigious Back Bay neighborhood providing sales and marketing services to historic mansions and private clubs for the past eight years. She has succeeded in significantly increasing the visibility and revenue of privately-held venues by growing and managing their social function business. Susan’s reputation in marketing mansions and clubs as sought-after venues for social events, combined with her reputation for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals has established her a recognized leader in her field. Susan’s focus on providing exemplary customer service and the consistent high praise from clients enhances the reputation of the venues with which she works. Many couples have selected their wedding venue specifically to work with Susan, who they describe as “having as much fun as (they) do” in helping to plan their special day. This unparalleled customer satisfaction leads to repeat business and ongoing referrals.

Susan is a member of the Society of Professional Consultants (SPC), International Special Events Society (ISES), the Women’s Business Center, (WBC), New England Women Business Owners (NEWBO), LeTip International, and a past Board Member of Les Dames d’Escoffier, an international society of professional women of high achievement in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. Susan has worked in a management role for non-profit organizations for over twenty years, providing a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of mission-driven organizations. She is particularly skilled in leveraging limited resources to create maximum impact and in working effectively within all levels of an organization.

When she is not helping her clients, Ms. Sambrano can be found playing with toddlers at Horizons for Homeless Children, where she is a Playspace volunteer.
